HR Operations Partner

Key Responsibilities for the HR Operations Partner will be:
1. Recruitment Support
Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and administer pre-employment assessments.
Collect and verify pre-employment requirements.
Provide timely updates to candidates on their application status.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding Support
Prepare contracts, job offers, and new hire documentation.
Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
Support training coordination and scheduling.
Coordinate issuance of IDs, equipment, and system access.
Assist in offboarding processes, including clearance and exit interviews.
3. Employee Records & HRIS Management
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR).
Update personal and employment details regularly.
Monitor probationary evaluations and regularization schedules.
Ensure employee 201 files (digital/physical) are complete and updated.
4. Attendance & Leave Monitoring
Track attendance, tardiness, and absences.
Process leave requests and update balances accordingly.
Coordinate with operations to monitor absence trends and leave concerns.
Consolidate and check attendance reports for payroll input.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Provide support for resolving employee concerns and escalate as needed.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
Help disseminate HR announcements, policies, and memos.
6. Reports & Documentation
Prepare regular HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and leave utilization.
Draft HR-related letters and documents (e.g., memos, employment certificates, NTEs).
Maintain HR trackers and documentation for accuracy and accessibility.
7. Other HR Duties
Assist in policy implementation and compliance monitoring.
Perform other HR tasks as assigned.
