Job Description Manage and oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals. Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and talent development needs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the Metro Manila location. Handle employee performance reviews and provide guidance on career development. Monitor and manage employee engagement initiatives to maintain a productive workplace. Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to improve organizational performance. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR-related matters. The Successful Applicant A successful HR Partner should have: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in HR roles within the FMCG industry or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
