Job Qualifications:

  • Open to fresh graduates and career shifters with knowledge on Procurement & Supply Chain
  • The applicant must hold the position of Safety Officer 2 (SO2) or have a Safety Officer 2 certification.
  • The preferred course of study should be the Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering (IE), whenever possible.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to negotiate, influence and persuade others.
  • Must have strong presentation skills.
  • Motivated by challenging goals and targets with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Has the ability to multi-task and can both work independently and as part of a team.
  • Forward-thinker, with the ability to anticipate and take necessary steps to minimize future obstacles.

Responsibilities:

  • Timely & effective communication with clients & suppliers to complete projects and reports.
  • Accomplish supplier assessment reports with minimal to no errors to be submitted on time to clients.
  • Conduct supplier sourcing, supplier evaluation, & bidding exercises.
  • Ensure and develop healthy relationship with existing and potential business clients.
  • Proactively raise or communicate internal and external issues that will affect the business operations.
  • Initiate improvement programs that will help the business unit sales & operations to become more effective and efficient.
