Sales Operations Assistant

The Sales Operations Assistant (SOA) is responsible in providing operational and administrative support to the over-all Sales Operational Process. The primary responsibility is to manage the end to end sales process in collaboration with the Account Managers and various key people from the partners to ensure that each and every process are fulfilled and monitored in full compliance with process, policies and guidelines.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute various tasks in the sales operations process such as deal registration, order logging up to delivery.
  • Serves as the point of contact for process issue escalation and resolution in collaboration with the Product Managers and Account Managers.
  • Act as the process owner in the implementation of sales order process fulfillment thru the utilization and implementation of Partner Portal.
  • Monitors the status of sales orders within the agreed operational level.
  • Generates reports as a tool and basis for management validation, analysis and business decision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business or IT related course or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in similar capacity.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Computer literate.
