Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines Flaky Co. Full time ₱25,000 - ₱27,000 per year

Flaky Co. is seeking a results-driven Sales and Operations Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our stores in multiple locations (GrabKitchen Makati, SM Megamall, and SM North EDSA, etc.).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Drive store sales to meet or exceed store sales targets.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost sales performance.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address feedback promptly.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring proper stock levels to meet sales demands while preventing overstock and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure store cleanliness and operational efficiency.
  • Train and supervise staff to meet sales and customer service standards.
  • Create efficient staff schedules to optimize productivity and labor costs.
  • Ensure that petty cash received by stores is managed and recorded efficiently, timely, and accurately.
  • Find ways to reduce operating costs, minimizing unnecessary expenses, and improve cost efficiency of stores.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance of store equipment and facility, and coordinate with service providers (e.g., equipment repair, pest control) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist Purchasing Officer in sourcing new suppliers to enhance product quality and reduce costs through better sourcing options.
  • Assist Purchasing Officer in coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
  • Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and food handling regulations.
  • Implement security measures to prevent theft and protect store assets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years' experience in Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or Customer Service.
  • Experience in F&B operations is a plus.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to travel and conduct store visits in multiple locations (Quezon City, Makati, Mandaluyong).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
