Job Overview:

The Sales Associate Assistant will play a key support role in ensuring smooth sales operations. This position is responsible for preparing job orders, monitoring the status of client orders, handling the releasing of items, and providing accurate and timely updates to the Sales Representatives regarding order progress. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in communication to help maintain customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process job orders based on sales transactions.
  • Monitor and track the status of orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle the endorsement of releasing items, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Provide timely updates and reports to Sales Associates regarding the progress and completion of client orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of all job orders and released items.
  • Assist the Sales Reps in administrative and operational tasks to support overall sales efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate (preferred).
  • Experience in sales support or administrative work is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Google, and Meta Business suite and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
