Are you organized, people-oriented, and passionate about supporting sales operations? We're looking for a Sales Assistant to help drive our growth by supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth coordination with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct telemarketing calls to potential and existing clients.

· Coordinate with clients for scheduling of meetings, calls, and follow-ups.

· Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, quotations, and proposals.

· Prepare and organize sales contracts and other required documentation.

· Ensure accurate and up-to-date client records and files.

· Provide after-sales support and ensure smooth communication flow between clients and the sales team.

Qualifications:

· At least 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Can handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

· Experience in telemarketing or client coordination is a strong advantage.
