Job Title: Salesforce Analyst / Developer (Project-Based)

Job Overview:

The Salesforce Analyst / Developer is responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing system modules and applications within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role ensures that business processes are effectively supported through robust, scalable, and high-quality system solutions. The position also involves providing technical support, maintaining documentation, and driving continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and prepare system-level design documentation for medium to complex systems or modules.
• Develop, maintain, test, and implement Salesforce modules according to system specifications.
• Identify all possible scenarios and prepare comprehensive test cases for systems under development.
• Execute test plans during development and support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and other test phases to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Perform implementation activities such as program promotions, installations, user training, and tutorials.
• Provide post-implementation support, including incident analysis and resolution.
• Develop and update Permanent System Documentation, Operations Manuals, and other technical materials.
• Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Project Manager.
• Take ownership of assigned system modules—identifying opportunities for improvement, enhancement, or optimization.
• Ensure all solutions are well-engineered, maintainable, and delivered on schedule.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues through effective debugging and research.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Analyst or Developer.
• Strong knowledge of SFDC standard objects and experience designing custom objects and solutions using the Lightning Platform.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce programming and development, including:
• Apex Triggers, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Reports and Dashboards
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in the Lightning Platform.
• Experience with Financial Services Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Applied knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with Informatica or similar ETL tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Systems Analysis and Design and knowledgeable in SDLC processes.
• Experience managing multiple developers or technical resources.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of Source Code Control, Release Management, and Configuration Management practices.

Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Life Insurance is an advantage.

Pay: Php70, Php95,000.00 per month
