Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Fusion Analyst / Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and Fusion Framework to support complex business workflows and integrations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and customize the Fusion Framework (built on Salesforce) to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata.
  • Build and optimize custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where needed.
  • Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Support integration with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, email platforms, and data sources).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain system documentation and provide end-user support or training when required.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
  • Proven experience working with Fusion Framework, Fusion Risk Management, or similar managed packages.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.
  • Deep understanding of the Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets).
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset) and deployment best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and Platform Developer I (PD1) certifications.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Outlook, or other third-party systems.
  • Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases.
  • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments.
