DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include, but are not limited to:

  • Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance, and product support of the organization's Salesforce platform.
  • Design, develop, test, and provide production support following the organization's standards and guidelines.
  • Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
  • Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager.
  • Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
  • Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
  • Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Qualification

Skillset Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer and proficient in:
    o Salesforce data modeling and metadata
    o Salesforce integrations with external services
    o Creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
  • Experience in the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems and
  • Bachelors degree in computer science is preferred.
  • Certified Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer is preferred.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.

Qualifications / Other Requirements

  • Must be a team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge in JIRA.
  • Functional knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) systems is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile delivery/Scrum methodology.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Willing to be cross trained in Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HCM.
