Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalisation, and Loyalty Cloud environments. This role will work closely with marketing, IT, and data teams to deliver automated and customer-centric experiences.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Personalisation (Interaction Studio), and Loyalty Cloud solutions.
  • Build and optimize journeys, automations, and integrations across customer lifecycle programs.
  • Implement data extensions, APIs, and custom scripts for segmentation and personalization.
  • Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and data security within Salesforce environments.
  • Support end-users through troubleshooting, training, and best practice guidance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce development (Marketing Cloud essential).
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and API integrations.
  • Experience with Personalisation (Interaction Studio) and Loyalty Cloud.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Developer, Marketing Cloud Consultant) highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.
