Position Title: Salesforce Analyst
Work Arrangements: Hybrid 2-3x/week office (Taguig )
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Standard Office Hours

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and collaborative Salesforce Developer/Analyst to join our client's digital team. You'll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce ecosystem and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of innovative and high-impact engagements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the Fusion Framework built on Salesforce to support business use cases, workflows, and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, approval processes, and custom metadata.
  • Build and optimize custom components including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce where required.
  • Manage data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules in accordance with security best practices
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Support integration with external systems such as ServiceNow, email platforms, and data sources.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation and provide end-user support or training as needed

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
  • Proven experience working with the Fusion Framework (Fusion Risk Management) or similar managed packages.
  • Strong background in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in translating business requirements into system functionality.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Process Builder.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce security model, including OWDs, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, or Gearset, and deployment best practices.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Outlook, or other third-party systems.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Fusion-specific data models and resilience use cases.
  • Preferred: Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments.
