About the Role
You will be the core technical expert responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Fusion Framework implementation built on the Salesforce Platform. This is a high-impact role where your expertise in Apex, LWC, and data governance will directly support critical business use cases, from workflows to dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize the
    Fusion Framework (Salesforce)
    to align with complex business workflows and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain core Salesforce elements: custom objects, flows, validation rules, Lightning pages, and approval processes.
  • Build custom components using
    Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
    as necessary for optimization.
  • Manage the entire Salesforce security model: data models, permission sets, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
  • Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into precise technical specifications.
  • Support integration efforts with external systems (e.g., ServiceNow, email platforms, data sources).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performance bottlenecks, and user-reported bugs.
  • Maintain comprehensive system documentation and provide end-user support or training.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 5+ years
    of direct experience in Salesforce platform development and administration.
  • Proven, hands-on experience with the
    Fusion Framework, Fusion Risk Management, or a similar managed package.
  • Strong configuration skills: Custom Objects, Fields, Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes.
  • Proficiency in development:
    Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Expertise in the Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, sharing rules, permission sets).
  • Familiarity with DevOps best practices and tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Gearset).

Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) and/or Platform Developer I (PD1).
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with key systems like
    ServiceNow or Outlook.
  • Specific knowledge of Fusion's data models and resilience use cases.
  • Experience working in a
    regulated or enterprise environment.
