Digital Marketing & Service Associate

The primary responsibility of a SGEN Digital Marketing & Service Associate is to assist in the implementation of Southville's digital marketing strategies to achieve targets and key performance indicators. The associate is also expected to be updated of the digital marketing trends and contribute to the long term development of the schools' digital marketing strategies.

Specific Accountabilities and Activities

  • Manages contents of the school website; generates new content and ensures that all show pages and school information is kept up-to-date.
  • Manages Southville's e-marketing schedule; builds and sends emails thru Mail chimp to the school's database.
  • Creates e-flyers, infographics and short clips.
  • Manages Southville's multiple social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube Channel. This includes content generation, daily interaction and management of customer inquiries.
  • Administrative or other marketing support to assist the department. This also includes preparation of digital marketing reports.
  • Assists in the implementation of other marketing objectives of SISC and SGEN affiliate schools both externally and internally with specific objectives and targets as agreed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field of discipline.
  • Preferably at least six (6) months of related work experience
  • Knowledgeable in website programming
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Must be of good moral character
