Recruitment Associate

Job Description:

The Sourcing Associate plays a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent for the organization. Operating within a fast-paced Philippine business environment, this role focuses on proactive candidate sourcing, talent pipeline development, and supporting recruitment campaigns across various functions. The ideal candidate is resourceful, tech-savvy, and passionate about connecting people with opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize online platforms to source qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Support employer branding initiatives and online recruitment campaigns
• Attend job fairs partnered with PESO/LGU's, campus events, and other sourcing activities as needed
• Monitor sourcing metrics and provide weekly reports on pipeline progress
• Stay updated on labor market trends and sourcing best practices in the Philippine context

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• FRESG GADUATES are welcome to apply, passionate in sourcing / recruitment process and willing to be train.
• Experience is a PLUS
• Familiarity with Philippine job boards, social media sourcing, and Boolean search techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS)
• Amenable to hybrid or onsite work setup depending on company policy

• Can use CANVA for Job Posting Ads
• Creative mindset for employer branding and candidate engagement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
