  • Generation of project-related billing invoice to customers.

  • Ensure that all billing information is accurate and compliant with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

  • Ensure that all billing requirements endorsed/forwarded by the Project Team are complete in accordance with purchase order and contract requirements.

  • Ensure timely submission of billing to HO and resolve any discrepancies that may arise during the billing process.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records in SAP and collaborate to QA/QC for the status of unbilled contract receivable.
