  • Verify patient information and ensure all charges for hospital services are recorded accurately.
  • Enter charges into the hospital's billing system promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor and review patient accounts to ensure all services, supplies, and medications are accounted for.
  • Resolve discrepancies or billing issues related to patient charges.
  • Work closely with clinical departments and the billing team to ensure accurate charge capture.
  • Assist in preparing reports on charge activity and outstanding charges.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients, insurance companies, or internal departments regarding charges.
  • Performs other function that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology or additional courses in healthcare administration
  • 1-2 years of experience in healthcare billing or charge entry, preferably in a hospital setting but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate, attention to detail, organizational skills and knowledge of billing systems.
  • Strong communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
