PHILHEALTH STAFF

  • Accommodate patient inquiries Philhealth concern
  • Collect & validate all Philhealth requirements from patients for the processing of Philhealth reimbursement
  • Coordinate with the biller regarding assessed Philhealth deduction from the patient's bill
  • Attend Philhealth seminars and keep updated regarding Philhealth circulars
  • In-charge in making sure that Philhealth claims subject for reimbursement are submitted to the Philhealth office on time, and that all documents are intact, complete and accurate
  • Monitor payments made by Philhealth and reconcile payment with reimbursement submitted to Philhealth to check if all claims were paid
  • Maintain a systematic filling system of all documents related to Philhealth transactions
  • Coordinate with the concerned department to facilitate the timely processing of PHIC transaction
  • In the interest of service, the PHIC Clerk will be asked to multitask from time to time if deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Computer Courses or Any Business-related course.
  • With experience in processing documents of Phil health benefits claims
  • With experience in ICD 10 Coder
  • With good communication skills both verbal and written
  • High self-confidence and interpersonal skills
  • High ability to handle stress and conflict
  • Hardworking and Self-Driven
  • Willing to work in Angeles City
  • Can start ASAP

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php13,000.00 per month
