Job Summary
The Accounting Clerk will support the Finance Department by performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The role ensures that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained in accordance with company policies and standard accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Prepare and issue invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
- Maintain organized filing of financial documents and records.
- Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for billing or payment concerns.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
