Job Summary

The Accounting Clerk will support the Finance Department by performing a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. The role ensures that financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained in accordance with company policies and standard accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, official receipts, and payment vouchers.
  • Assist in monitoring accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
  • Maintain organized filing of financial documents and records.
  • Prepare basic financial reports and summaries as needed.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments for billing or payment concerns.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Management Accounting, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
