  • With at least 6 months to 1 year of work experience in invoicing, billing, accounting, or administrative work (preferred).
  • Basic accounting knowledge (billing, payment posting, AR).
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets and office tools.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Can work independently with minimal supervision and effectively in a team.
