We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner (Manager) to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in driving HR strategies and ensuring effective people management across the assigned Business Unit (BU). You will serve as a key advisor to BU leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Collaborate with leadership team to implement HR strategies in Talent Engagement, Management, Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and Organizational Development.
  • Lead HR initiatives aligned with divisional projects and business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent application of HR systems and policies across the organization.

Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement engagement programs that resonate with different department teams.
  • Champion company-wide engagement initiatives from HR Centers of Excellence.

Talent Supply & Development

  • Drive strategic talent acquisition and succession planning.
  • Facilitate learning and development programs to build core competencies.

Labor Relations

  • Manage disciplinary processes and hearings with fairness and compliance.
  • Develop motivational programs to boost morale and productivity.
  • Maintain open communication between employees and management.

Organizational Development

  • Support performance management and compensation reviews.
  • Guide change management initiatives within the organization.

People Management

  • Lead and develop the HR team within the organization.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans for direct reports.
  • Identify and nurture key talents for succession planning.

Job Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 4 years in a supervisory HR role, preferably with business partnering experience.
