Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO (Business Operations Coordinator) is a strategic partner to the CEO, providing executive support while ensuring the smooth coordination of firm-wide initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional administrative functions — it is responsible for tracking priorities, overseeing cross-departmental projects, and driving follow-through across the organization.

The role requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to align multiple service lines and support divisions with the CEO's directives. The EA will act as the CEO's right hand in making sure commitments are executed, KPIs are monitored, and strategic initiatives under the firm's four pillars are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Executive & Strategic Support


• Partner with the CEO to prioritize and align firm-wide initiatives with strategic objectives.


• Prepare executive briefs, decision notes, and reports for leadership meetings.


• Monitor EXECOM and leadership commitments, ensuring follow-through and escalation when needed.

Draft and manage high-level communication for clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  1. Business Operations Coordination


• Coordinate and track cross-departmental projects under the four strategic pillars: Financial Growth, Operational Excellence, Client Experience, and People Development.

Consolidate updates from service lines (CAG, AFCG) and support divisions (Finance, HR, Business Development, Digital Systems & Automation) into executive dashboards.


• Ensure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are met, identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.

  1. KPI & Performance Monitoring


• Track firm-wide KPIs and prepare concise executive summaries for the CEO and EXECOM.


• Monitor financial, client, and people-related indicators, highlighting areas needing intervention.


• Support budgeting, reporting, and audit deadlines by ensuring coordination with responsible teams.

  1. Business Development & Growth Support


• Ensure CRM pipeline and campaign deliverables are accurate and timely.


• Support the CEO in client meetings with data briefs and intelligence.


• Align marketing and sales campaigns with business growth priorities.

  1. Administrative Support


• Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel to optimize efficiency.


• Prepare agendas, materials, and documentation for meetings.


• Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.
