Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral science/Industrial Psychology/Human Resource or related field
  • Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner for at least 3 years
  • Intensive HR experience for at 5 years with demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • Analytical and goal oriented
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and industry best practices

Tasks & responsibilities

  • HR Business Partner (HRBP) will oversee the overall human resources operations of assigned Business Unit/s (BUs) and ensure alignment with the Management goals.
  • HRBP will serve as HR consultant with BU Management and provide daily HR guidance among all BU members.
  • HRBP will identify BU and HR-related metrics on organizational development, employee development, retention, attrition, recruitment/client manpower requirement, engagement and culture adaptation in alignment with Corporate HR.
  • HRBP will monitor the daily sales and operations of the BU in compliance with the weekly sales itinerary.
  • HRBP will recommend new and customized HR strategies and program for the BU.
  • HRBP will evaluate and assess HR programs regularly and report the same to the Head of Corporate HR.
  • HRPB will resolve and provide support to the BU Head in terms of complex employee relations issues, address grievances and provide employee counseling.
