HR Specialist (Data Management)

Process Management:

Fulfills the following processes and activities consistently according to agreed-upon quality standards and turn-around time:

  • Collection, cleaning, and maintenance of HR-related data, including employee records, updating employee 201 file, movements (Masterlist of Metro Manila and Provincial employees), Attrition rate reports, to ensure data accuracy, security in compliance with organizational policies and data protection regulations.
  • Creation of reports to provide insights into key HR metrics, such as attrition rates, employee satisfaction, and HR demographics.
  • Support in ensuring HR data compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and confidentiality.

  • Manage and keep tracks of Vacation leave and Sick leave balances for active employees and clearances for exiting employees.

  • Prepare periodic headcount reports for management, as necessary or requested.

  • In charge in the issuance of Tax Identification Numbers (TIN) to newly hired employees.
  • Responsible for Employee Self Service (ESS) enrollment through the HR system.
  • Responsible in filing correspondences and memos for 201 File of all Vizmin.
  • Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, or related course.
  • At least 1 year of experience in handling data management (HRIS).
  • Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • High ethical standards and ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Must know how to multitask, is organized, flexible and pro-active
  • Computer Literate
  • Willing for onsite job, Kapitolyo Pasig.
