About the Role

The Enterprise Product System Analyst is responsible for the maintenance, support, and operations of all automation projects that are already in production. This role involves identifying root causes of issues raised by users, performing initial troubleshooting, and deploying simple fixes. The analyst will also coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party implementers for escalated issues and ensure timely communication with users regarding findings and resolutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and efficient application support to end users, addressing application-related questions, concerns, and issues
  • Diagnose and resolve application-related problems through investigation, analysis, and collaboration with technical teams
  • Review and analyze log files to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Change Management Policy, Helpdesk Policy, and other relevant procedures
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors for issue resolution and system improvements
  • Assist the ESS Head in budget management related to the Application Production Support Group

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT, specifically in application support or system analysis
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, programming languages, databases, operating systems, and system analysis and design
  • Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills
  • Ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions
  • Experience in managing or supporting application development projects is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
