MID - SENIOR LEVEL SYSTEMS ANALYST

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3-6 yrs of experience in Systems Analysis
  • Required/Preferred Certification/Professional License (if applicable):
  • Certified Systems Analyst Professional (CSAP)
  • Six Sigma Green Belt
  • Prince2 Practitioner

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Builds and reviews functional specifications for large-scale scope; Translates business requirements into functional/non-functional and software product design.
  • Understands the design of the product and evaluates if it aligns with Business Requirements and solution; Creates process flow/sequence diagram/prototypes as required; Creates user stories and diagrams/workflows.
  • Develops Data Mapping documents and identifies gap, impact, and risks; Works with cross-functional teams to transition projects and ensure the accurate representation of business needs and expectations in the final solution.
  • Attends advanced training sessions and obtains certifications in multiple domains; Seeks coaching from experts.
  • Assists in establishing project, scope, system goals, and requirements; Finds practical business solutions while considering best practices and technologies; Maintains a deep understanding of business processes, collaborates with the business team on requirements collection and analysis.
