We are looking for a Systems Analyst to join our Core Banking Unit under the Information Technology Group. The role involves analyzing and translating business requirements into functional specifications, ensuring solutions align with business goals, and supporting end-to-end delivery from design to testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
  • 8–10 years of experience in systems analysis, preferably within financial services or banking.
  • Experience in implementing core banking solutions is highly preferred.
  • Handled end-to-end SDLC – requirements gathering to deployment
  • Strong documentation, testing, and coordination skills
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management and presentation tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From Php75,000.00 per month
