Position Summary

The Affiliates Assistant / Influencer & PR Communications role will support the Marketing & Sales Department by assisting in affiliate operations, handling influencer collaborations, and executing PR communication tasks. This position ensures smooth coordination with brand partners, creators, and affiliates, while maintaining Dood's brand image and voice in all external communications. The role also requires flexibility and creativity — being part of content creation, contributing in brainstorming sessions, and helping maintain community channels to support brand engagement and retention.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or affiliate management (fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome).
  • Confident, collaborative, and willing to take part in content creation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Filipino).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook content trends and affiliate/influencer ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); Canva or design tools a plus.

Work Setup

  • Full-time Onsite: 6 days a week at Dood Studio
  • Must be available during major campaigns, influencer events, and activations.
