Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all engineering and construction standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management skills, and proficiency in various engineering software.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Utilize project scheduling tools to plan and track project milestones effectively.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed construction estimates and assist in the bidding process.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project schematics.
  • Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, MicroStation, and GIS for drafting and design tasks.
  • Perform hydraulic calculations and system design for water treatment and wastewater treatment projects.
  • Engage in technical writing to produce reports, documentation, and project proposals.
  • Provide support in geotechnical engineering assessments and land surveying activities.
  • Implement effective communication strategies among team members to facilitate smooth project execution.

Experience

Candidates should possess a background in civil engineering or a related field with experience in construction management. Proficiency in the following areas is highly desirable:

  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Construction inspection techniques and practices
  • Familiarity with CAD software for drafting purposes

Qualifications

  • With relevant experience in civil engineering, site engineer or a related field.
  • Willing to Travel and assigned in different locations
  • Preferably with driver's License and can drive vehicles
  • With or without PRC License
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
