BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF GENERAL FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION (JOB SUMMARY)

Responsible for supporting motor pool operations by providing administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the company's vehicle fleet. This involves coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing fleet documentation related to spare parts requests, tracking mileage, scheduling maintenance, and preparing reports. Additionally, the role adheres to Food Safety and Quality Management programs and fulfills other duties as assigned.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.1 Creation of Job Order (JO), Spare Parts Requisition Slip (SRS) and Purchase Request (PR).

1.2 Monitoring of change oil for each vehicle.

1.3 Maintains records of Repairs and Maintenance Schedule.

1.4 Monitor the progress of each JO, SRS and PR.

1.5 Maintains inventory records of automotive tools, equipment, supplies, spare parts for samples, and spare parts for disposal.

1.6 Prepare summary of company vehicle maintenance reports.

1.7 Making sure that all requested parts shall received on time once delivered at Spare Parts.

1.8 Performs other related tasks that may be required from.

1.9 Adhere and maintain Food Safety and Quality Management programs (including Pre-Requisites Program (PRP) & Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and site security) in line with Corporate Food Safety and PRP requirements and others.

1.1   Minimum Educational and Experience Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Technology or related field.

Must have at least 2 to 3 years related work experience with basic computer skills and knowledge of relevant job activities.

Graduate of any 4-year course or a related field, with at least more than 3 years of experience in Motorpool operations.
