Join the exciting world of travel at World of Wonders Travel & Tours' as a Reservations Sales Agent. In this full-time position based in Santa Rosa City, Laguna, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling all aspects of travel bookings and reservations. This is an excellent opportunity to leverage your passion for travel and customer service to make a real impact on the success of our growing travel agency.

What you'll be doing

  • Handle inbound calls and enquiries from customers to provide information on travel packages and availability
  • Process travel bookings and reservations, including flights, accommodation, and other travel arrangements
  • Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers to secure the best rates and availability for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and bookings
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, promotions, and changes to travel regulations
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the travel agency
  • Overseeing social media accounts and running social media marketing campaigns.
  • Presenting marketing plans to clients and stakeholders and collaborating with internal and external agencies.
  • Organizing and managing events such as seminars, and trade shows to promote the brand.
  • Creating compelling copy, layouts, and designs for advertising and promotional materials.

What we're looking for

  • College-level applicants are welcome to apply.
  • Preferably within marketing and travel industry, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle complex customer enquiries
  • Proficient in using reservation systems and computer applications
  • Passion for travel and a deep understanding of various travel destinations and products
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and targets
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
