Position Summary

Immuni Global is looking for a
Licensed Pharmacist
to take on a dynamic role as
Area Sales Representative
. This position combines your professional pharmacy expertise with sales and retail execution responsibilities. You will manage your assigned territory, ensuring optimal product availability, visibility, and merchandising compliance while building relationships with pharmacy and retail partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacists who want to expand their careers beyond the counter — whether you are new to the field or have prior experience in sales, merchandising, or account management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow assigned territory accounts through strong partner relationships.
  • Ensure product visibility, correct merchandising, and planogram compliance in retail and pharmacy outlets.
  • Manage inventory levels and support partners with stock optimization.
  • Conduct regular store visits to audit, monitor compliance, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide professional pharmacy support — including product education, proper usage, and regulatory compliance.
  • Train pharmacy and retail personnel on product knowledge and merchandising standards.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to implement local activations and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and prepare territory performance reports.
  • Maintain accurate data and updates in Customer Relationship Management and reporting systems.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Pharmacist
    (PRC-registered).
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
  • With or without sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to or interest in retail account management, trade marketing, or merchandising.
  • Knowledge of the Philippine pharmacy and retail landscape.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and patient education.
  • Existing relationships with pharmacy or wellness retailers.
  • Familiarity with traditional Filipino wellness practices and herbal supplements.
