About the role

We are looking for a dedicated HR and Admin Assistant to join our team at GEDI CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will play a key role in supporting the HR and administrative functions of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

Human Resource:

  • Maintain employee records (201 file). Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files (201 File).
  • Onboarding and Records Management experience
  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, from end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to performance management and termination.
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars.
  • Provides clerical support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
  • Point person in case of emergency in the office and make report.
  • Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Providing support for various HR projects and initiatives
  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Administrative:

  • Providing administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Maintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventory
  • Coordinate operations, including purchasing, equipment, inventory, and disposal.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and conferences.
  • Taking notes and minutes in meetings.
  • Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
  • Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
  • Provide general support to visitors.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations or event booking.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any business-related course.
  • Has 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business and communication tools.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills
  • Willing to do field-work
  • Can work from 8AM to 5PM (day shift)
  • Can start immediately.
  • Amenable to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City
