HR and Admin Assistant

- Performs daily timekeeping and payroll management
- Prepare and manage required reports for SSS, Pag-Ibig, PhilHealth Contributions, Loans, DOLE reports, and other government communications.
- Assist in manpower pooling, screening and hiring; posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs
- Provide administrative support for HR and Admin concerns
- Organize, compile, update company records and assist proper documentation
- Facilitates new hires, issuance of termination notice, monitoring of service incentive leave usage.
- Assist in keeping employees' 201 files updated
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees' questions and provide requested information
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Create reports for senior management
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in BS/AB Psychology/Human Resources Management or equivalent course.
- With at least 2-3 years work experience in Human Resources.
- Highly Familiar with HR CompBen responsibilities.
- With good communications skills, interpersonal skills and a team player
- Must have good sense of responsibility and strong initiative
- Highly organized and with an ability to work effectively
- Exposure to labor law, employment equity regulations and payroll practices is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
