The Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing leader in the online home furnishings industry. We are seeking an analytical, results-oriented E-Commerce Partnership Account Lead to be the strategic commercial leader driving market share growth across our most critical North American retailer accounts.

This is a high-impact, strategy-first role focused on the P&L, long-term contracts, and high-level partner relationships, not on daily storefront execution.

Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth Leadership

The Lead will own the strategic direction to accelerate profitable revenue growth across major channels (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Walmart).

  • Commercial Strategy & Negotiation: Develop multi-year commercial strategies. Lead high-stakes negotiations (pricing, terms, contracts) with executive contacts at major e-commerce platforms.
  • P&L and Financial Analysis: Own the channel P&L. Lead advanced financial analysis focused on Gross Margin, ROI, and future-state channel profitability.
  • Strategic Partnership Management: Cultivate deep, executive relationships to co-develop joint business plans and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Finance, Product, and Marketing to align corporate goals with channel strategy.

Non-Negotiable Core Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • We require a commercial leader with a proven ability to define and execute profit-focused growth strategies.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in senior-level Strategic Account Management or Business Development with major North American e-commerce platforms.
  • Candidates must demonstrate mid-level seniority as a minimum requirement for Strategic Account Management or Business Development experience.
  • P&L Leadership: Proven experience managing commercial aspects of a P&L, with expertise in Gross Margin analysis and contractual negotiations.
  • Data Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Excel/financial modeling (pivot tables, ROI) for in-depth analysis and executive reporting.
  • Strategic Focus Note (Crucial): This role is strictly focused on strategic planning and financial oversight. Candidates whose experience is limited to execution-based storefront management will not be a fit.

Schedule: Full-time (Approx. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PHT, aligned with Eastern Time Zone, US/Canada
