Summary of Position:

As a digital marketing associate, you will need to manage digital marketing related tasks such as generating ideas for adverts, campaigns, and coordinating collateral to be used.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies aligned with the overall marketing objectives and target audience personas.
  2. Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for digital platforms including but not limited to websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and digital ads.
  3. Coordinate the distribution of content across relevant digital channels, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with multimedia artists and other team members to create multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  5. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent publishing schedules and timely delivery of content initiatives.
  6. Plan and execute promotional campaigns to amplify the reach of key content pieces and drive conversions.
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve content strategies and tactics.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
  • Ability to craft engaging, clear, and persuasive content.
  • Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube trends.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BS degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital media or relevant field
  • Applicant must be willing to work on site in Altura, Sampaloc, Manila
