About the role

As the Financial Supervisor at Noble Hotel, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations and reporting for our hotel located in Cebu City, Cebu. This full-time position will see you working closely with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial statements, budgets and other key financial information.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets and cash flow statements
  2. Analysing financial data and providing insightful reports to management
  3. Overseeing the accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
  4. Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
  6. Managing and developing the Accounting team
  7. Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Qualified accountant with 5+ years of experience in a similar financial supervisory role, preferably within the hospitality industry
  2. Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  4. Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
  5. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
  6. Proven track record of leading and developing a team
