Preparation of Project Planning and Implementation

  • Ensure that projects adhere to the project development process.
  • Ensure that projects align with the general brand positioning standards of the company
  • Ensure that projects (for acquisition, pipeline, existing) are customer-oriented, financially viable, physically possible and legally permissible.
  • Leads the crafting of project concepts and business model.
  • Acts as the ambassador of the business at all times.
  • Develop project plans that identify resource and budgetary needs

Project execution and monitoring

  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
  • Compiles, controls and monitors the budget in accordance with the approved project budget
  • Provide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones
  • Oversees and owns the entire project life cycle: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously
  • Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives
  • Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Project Lead ensuring interdepartmental coordination

  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings among other departments depending on the stages of the Project lifecycle
  • The PD Supervisor will act as a lead in the project planning, implementation and close out ensuring that projects are executed according to direction from execom.
  • Work with our finance team to ensure projects are appropriately costed, ensuring value for money and that efficiency savings can be realize.
