About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Internal Audit Supervisor who will lead the audit team in reviewing financial, operational, and compliance systems of the company. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in internal audit, preferably in the construction industry, and is capable of identifying risks, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Core Functions:

Lead the planning and execution of internal audit engagements across departments and project sites.

Evaluate internal control systems, financial reports, and operational processes to detect risks or irregularities.

Recommend effective control measures, policies, and process improvements.

Prepare audit reports, findings, and corrective action plans for management review.

Monitor the implementation of agreed corrective measures and assess their effectiveness.

Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies when necessary.

Mentor and supervise audit staff to ensure quality and timely completion of audit assignments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or related field.

CPA is an advantage.

At least 5 years of experience in Internal Audit, with 2 years in a supervisory capacity.

Experience in construction or project-based industries is preferred.
