· Supervise and ensure maintenance operation are align based on requirements

· Conducts tool box meeting as part of the daily planning and work assignment for the personnel and resources

· Oversee all repairs and ensure that works is completed on time

· Maintain all inventory and equipment and ensure proper storage

· Ensures the availability and capability of rescue team 100% to respond proactively in time of truck downtime or breakdown as well as accidents as soon as possible

· Monitor, assess and approve Job order for repairs of trucks and other needed spare parts requirements

· Supervise closely maintenance personnel through monitoring and guidance on truck maintenance and repairs

· Conduct drive test of applicants and training for drivers as needed

· Assigns and gives schedule on canvass items and check quality of items arrived and received

· Ensures compliance of company policies and procedure by all maintenance personnel

· Assess the quality of works done by mechanic, electrician and welder

· Conduct safety inspections as scheduled

· Lead on the investigation regarding truck fuel, spare parts, tires and battery performance

· Perform quarterly performance evaluation on all subordinates under maintenance department

· Accept or received calls 24/7

· Performs other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
