About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all facility maintenance operations. This role ensures that all sites, equipment, and utilities are in top condition through effective planning, supervision, and preventive maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Site Inspection: Regularly inspect facilities and job sites to identify maintenance needs, safety issues, and repair requirements.
  • Scheduling & Planning: Develop and implement weekly maintenance schedules, assigning tasks based on manpower availability and workload forecasts.
  • Team Supervision: Employ, train, and supervise maintenance personnel; ensure high-quality work and compliance with company standards.
  • Maintenance Operations: Coordinate and oversee daily cleaning, repairs, and general maintenance activities.
  • Repair Oversight: Ensure all repair and maintenance work is completed efficiently, safely, and within established timelines.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and monitor all tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring proper storage and upkeep.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Implement and conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
  • Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations across all maintenance operations.
  • Inspection & Reporting: Conduct regular safety inspections, follow-ups on completed work, and maintain accurate maintenance reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and execute strategies to meet operational goals and optimize resource utilization.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, manage priorities, and delegate effectively
  • Familiarity with safety standards and preventive maintenance programs
  • TESDA or relevant technical certification required
