GA Supervisor shall be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of company's facilities, assets and support staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Team Management : Oversea a team of General Assistants, delegate tasks, provide feedback and manage their schedule

Facility and Asset management : Ensure that the office facilities, equipment and company assets are well-maintained and functional. This also involves maintaining a secure environment for company assets and facilities

Budget and Financial control : Prepare and monitor annual GA Budget, track spending, implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure financial transactions comply with company policy.

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Engineering

Work Experience : 3-5 years experience as GA Supervisor from a manufacturing company
