Qualifications:


Educational Background
: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or any course related to the food industry.


Work Experience
: Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Production Supervisor or Coordinator.


Skills and Knowledge
:

  • Knowledgeable in using Pareto analysis, fishbone diagram, etc.
  • Familiar with forecasting activities and managing bottleneck operations.
  • Familiar with root cause analysis and time and motion studies.
  • Experienced in the implementation of policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


Location Requirement
: Must be willing to work in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

A Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve production bottlenecks.
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities and inventory.
  • Demonstrate the ability to properly handle personnel issues, such as performance reviews, employee relations, and employee motivation.

Training and Support:

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate production team members.
  • Ensured compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
