  • Graduate of any 4 years relevant course.
  • Manages the area or territory assigned to him/her with the end in view of selling company products at the volume equivalent to the quota given or even more that the same.
  • Studies the company's different product lines (design and technology) to obtain adequate knowledge of the product
  • Plans and provides assistance to dealers and customers through the promotion of the company's products distribution of samples and conducting product orientation (coordinates plant tour for dealers)
  • Manages all customer accounts and receivable within his/her area of responsibility.
  • Coordinates with the Finished Good Warehouse concerning schedules of deliveries as well as the actual availability of stocks.
  • Coordinates and assists other sales officers in their areas of assignment whenever necessary.
  • Monitors competitors' product lines, pricing, pipelines/network coverage, more particularly on their new designs and submit appropriate information immediately to his/her superior.
  • Develops and appoints new quality dealers.
  • Provides accurate and adequate information to the company on competitors' 4 P's and how these affect the company's market share
