Your Role as a Paralegal

As a full-time Paralegal, you are expected to report on-site at our law office in the Ortigas Central Business District, Pasig City from Monday to Friday. You will collaborate with partners, associates, and paralegal staff of the firm to deliver legal support services in a variety of live client matters, as well as internal administrative support to boost the organization's efficiency and productivity. Your workload may include:

  • Conducting research and preparing memoranda on a diverse array of topics
  • Project management to track the progress of ongoing legal matters
  • Drafting simple forms and documents (e.g. special powers of attorneys, affidavits, etc.)
  • Assisting in fact-finding investigations, due diligence, witness interviews
  • Physical and digital document management tracking, support, and system-building
  • Designing PowerPoints and other client-centered presentation aids
  • Liaising and coordinating with national government agencies and local government units

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from a reputable university or college
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Adaptability to dynamic environments
  • Strong sense of professional responsibility and integrity
  • Problem solving skills and resourcefulness
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (but not required)

  • Previous work experience in a professional setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and similar cloud-based productivity software
  • Proficiency in digital media, including any of the following: social media marketing and content, vlog production or editing, graphic design via Canva or Photoshop, article writing
