MGen Renewable Energy, Inc., is the renewable energy development arm of Meralco Powergen Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Manila Electric Co., the country's largest private-sector electric distribution utility company.

Job Objectives

The position primarily performs legal assistance, document and records management, and property custodianship functions.

Legal assistance tasks involve assisting the Senior Legal Counsel in all stages of corporate transactions and in the preparation of documents necessary for the Company to comply with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Business, or equivalent.
  • With 2-3 years of work experience as a Paralegal in a Law Firm/Legal Department.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willing to accept a Project-based status.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City.
