Responsibilities:

  • Assist lawyers in case preparation, hearings, and filings
  • Conduct legal research and organize supporting documents
  • Draft, proofread, and format pleadings, contracts, and correspondence
  • Maintain case files and ensure timely submission of legal documents
  • Provide administrative and client support as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with legal processes and documentation
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
  • Positive attitude and professionalism

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time, 8-hour day shift, Monday to Friday
