We are currently seeking an experienced Xero Bookkeeper to support one of our Australian clients.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for assigned Australian client
  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Process payroll including superannuation and entitlements
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and GST reports
  • Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations
  • Assist with month-end, management, and cash flow reporting
  • Communicate effectively with Australian clients to resolve queries

You'll Bring:

  • Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Xero (experience with MYOB or QuickBooks a plus)
  • Strong understanding of Australian BAS, IAS, and payroll processes
  • Excellent English communication and client service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • A proactive, reliable, and professional work ethic
