· Should be able to assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations for HR functions and duties.
· Helps with the information dissemination on policies, programs and assists company officers/managers with HR issues.
· Provide assistance in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, training and safety
· Able to maintain employee files and HR filing system.
· Perform a variety of office support and clerical duties.
Knowledge of:
- Basic HR function and procedures
- Office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and applicable software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
- Methods and techniques for basic report preparation, writing, record keeping and filing
- English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation
- Pertinent labor laws, codes and ordinances
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Eastwood City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
