We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Staff to support daily human resources operations and ensure the effective execution of HR processes. The HR Staff will assist in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, records management, payroll processing, and HR compliance.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human resources , business, or related field from a four year college degree is required

  1. Monitor the SIL, Sick Leaves, Solo Parent leaves and Emergency leave

  2. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time from immediate head and Management which are necessary for accomplishment work and other deliverables."

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least [0–2] years of relevant HR experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
